DAY ONE PLAN

6:00 a.m. Wake up - take Plexus/water, thyroid med, vitamins
6:30 a.m. 2 egg omelet w/spinach and feta cheese, 1 c oatmeal, coffee black
7:15 a.m.- bring water w/me to take Ben to school - drink, drink, drink
                  bring Greek yogurt/almond milk/ 1/2 c granola
8:00 - 9:00 Semi-private Training session w/Ryan
9:00- 9:30 Sign up for 12 week challenge
9:30 - 10:30 - 1 hour cardio on treadmill - 1000 ft vd and 15 min Rower

Home - plexus shake w/coconut milk

Lunch - turkey chili

Afternoon snack - 4 ounce hummus- 1 c carrots, 1 c broccoli, 1 oz almonds

3:00 pu Ben from school
4:30 Foundations class w/Suzanne
6:00 p.m. Make supper (stir fry w/ lots of veggies - no rice for Patty)

Before bed - 1/2 c cottage cheese and Probiotic

There it is  - day one, week one.
